Initial conversation. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief online introductory call. This is an opportunity to discuss the role’s basics, clarify expectations, and determine if there is a mutual fit.

In-depth discussion. A comprehensive meeting (either at our Wrocław office or via video link) lasting approximately 60-90 minutes. We will discuss your technical expertise, career goals, and cultural alignment in more detail.

Decision and next steps. Transparency is key. Once we have completed the interview stage, we will contact you with a final decision and provide constructive feedback regarding your application.
