Enables communication by sending voice messages, automatically transcribed to text.

cWatch offers connectivity via 4G (built-in SIM card in every device) and WiFi.

Sending voice messages to individuals or groups, with automatic transcription to text
Notifying by vibration and/or sound when a message arrives
Sending predefined text messages / quick replies optimised for use in retail
Showing a list of active (logged in) users, organized by store department / job title etc.
Indicating user’s status, like “I’m taking a break” or “I’m in a meeting”
Allowing users to choose their own language

Each employee can login to any of the available cWatches – that’s why you only need the number of devices for one shift at a time. Alternatively you may choose to assign cWatches to each employee.

Each charging rack contains 25 docking stations for cWatch devices.
